Inclusive Option:
The KEA All Inclusive Pack is available for an additional NZD$55 per day. This includes:
- Full Cover Insurance (Excess NIL)
- Multiple Repairs and Replacements of Windscreen and Tyres
- One Way Fee
- Camp Table and Chairs
- Beach Umbrella
- Baby / Booster Seats (must be pre-booked)
- Snow Chains

Minimum Rental Period:
There is a minimum rental period of 5 Days, except for travel between 20 December and 05 January where the minimum is 10 days.

One Way Rentals:
One Way Rentals are available between depots. A fee of NZD$275 applies for all one way rentals. (The one Way Fee is included in the inclusive pack).

Vehicle Insurance:
The Standard rates includes Vehicle Insurance with an Excess / Deductible of NZD$5000 per incident. This excess can be reduced by purchasing one of the following options:

Reduction Option 1: Pay an additional NZD$25 per day, and this will reduce the excess to NZD$2000 per incident. Windscreen and Tyres not covered. Bond NZD$2000.
(Max charge of 50 days)

Reduction Option 2: Pay an additional NZD$35 per day, and this will reduce the excess to NIL. Windscreen and Tyres are covered. Bond NZD$250.
(Max Charge of 50 days)

**For Australian Residents, check you Travel Insurance Policy as you may be covered for rental vehicle excess up to a certain amount. If you do not yet have travel insurance, ask us for a quote. We offer a 20% discount on Travel Insurance when booked with your motorhome rental.

Security Deposit:
You are required to leave a security deposit at the time of pick up.

Drivers Licence Requirements:
A valid national drivers licence is required. National drivers licences which are not in English need to be presented in conjunction with an offical translation or valid international drivers licence.

Minimum Age:
The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 21 years.

Depot Hours:
Depots are open Monday to Friday / Public Holidays: 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Saturday to Sunday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
Pick up and drop off is available at any time during depot hours.
Depots will be closed on Christmas day.

Travel Restrictions:
Campervans/Motorhomes can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads. No vehicles shall be driven on the following roads: Skippers Canyon Road, Ball Hutt Road, 90 Mile Beach, all unsealed ski access roads. No animals permitted in vehicles. No smoking permitted in vehicles.
