Britz Bonus Pack: (does not apply to Britz Rookie)
The Britz Bonus Pack Pack is available for an additional AUD$53 per day for 2WD vehicles / AUD$65 per day for 4WD vehicle. This includes:
- Excess Reduction Option 2 (NIL Excess)
- No Worries Cover
- Stamp Duty
- Bedding and Towels
- Extra Driver Fees
- Pre-Purchase Gas Option
- Camp Table and Chairs
- Baby / Booster Seats (must be pre-booked)
- 4WD Outback Saftey Kit (for 4WD vehicles only)
(maximum charge for Inclusive Pack is AUD$2650 for 2WD and AUD$3250 for 4WD)

Britz Rookie Bonus Pack:
The Britz Rookie Bonus Pack is available for the Rookie Vehicle for an additional AUD$34 per day and includes:
- Excess Reductions Option 2 (NIL Excess)
- No Worries Cover
- 2.5% Stamp Duty
- Bedding and Towels
- Extra driver fees

Minimum Rental Period:
There is a minimum rental period of 5 Days, except for one way rentals which are subject to a minimum rental period of 07-10 days.
Minimum rental period are subject to change during peak periods.

One Way Rentals: (Except the Rookie)
One Way Rentals are available between all depots. A fee of AUD$220 applies. Minimum rental period of 07 days applies. (No One Way Fee applies for rentals from Brisbane to Sydney)

One Way Rentals: Rookie
One Way Rentals are available between Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns. No fees applies. Minimum rental period of 10 days applies.

Broome Surcharge:
An additional charge of $450 applies to all rentals picking up or dropping off in Broome. This is in addition to the one way fee if applicable.

Hobart Airport Fee:
An Airport fee of AUD$16.50 per hire applies for all rentals collecting from Airport Harbour. This fee is subject to change should Airport Fees rise.

Stamp Duty:
A Government Stamp Duty of 2.5% applies on all rental costs. This is paid directly to the depot at the time of pick up.
Stamp Duty is included in the Britz Bonus Pack.

PGO - Pre-Purchase Gas Option:
HiTop / Voyager / Bushcamper 4WD / Adventurere 4WD: AUD$21 per vehicle
Elite / Explorer / Frontier: AUD$31 per vehicle.

The gas bottle can be returned empty to Britz at the completion of the rental. The fee applies for each part of a multiple rental.

Additional Drivers:
Additional drivers are an additional AUD$3 per driver per day (max $150 per driver)

*Baby / Booster Seats can not be fitted to the Cheapa Camper, Hitop, Euro Tourer and Adventure Camper vehicles.
**Strongly recommended for all 4WD renters venturing into remote areas. Kit Includes Satellite Safety Beacon in the event of an emergency.

Vehicle Insurance:
The Standard rates includes Vehicle Insurance with an Excess / Deductible of AUD$7500 per incident OR AUD$1800 for the Britz Rookie. This excess can be reduced by purchasing one of the following options:

Reduction Option 1: (not available on the Britz Rookie)
2WD - Pay an additional AUD$20 per day (max $1000), and this will reduce the excess to AUD$2500 per incident. Bond AUD$2500 (debited).
4WD - Pay an additional AUD$25 per day (max $1250), and this will reduce the excess to AUD$2500 per incident. Bond AUD$2500 (debited).

Reduction Option 2:
Rookie - Pay an additional AUD$19 per day (max $570), and this will reduce the excess to NIL. Bond AUD$220 (Imprint).
2WD - Pay an additional AUD$38 per day (max $1900), and this will reduce the excess to NIL. Bond AUD$220 (Imprint).
4WD - Pay an additional AUD$47 per day (max $2350), and this will reduce the excess to AUD$440. Bond AUD$440 (Imprint).

No Worries Cover:
No Worries Cover can only be purchased when you have purchased the Excess Reduction Option 2 above. No Worries Cover covers accidental overhead and underbody damage done to the vehicle.
AUD$50 per rental for 2WD vehicles / AUD$120 per rental for 4WD vehicles.

Windscreen and Tyre Damage:
When you have purchased the options giving you NIL excess, you will be covered for accidental damage to up to one windscreen and two tyres.

**For Australian Residents, check you Travel Insurance Policy as you may be covered for rental vehicle excess up to a certain amount. If you do not yet have travel insurance, ask us for a quote. We offer a 20% discount on Travel Insurance when booked with your motorhome rental.

Security Deposit:
You are required to leave a security deposit at the time of pick up. Details noted under insurance options above.

Minimum and Maximum Age:
The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 21 years. For drivers of 75 years and over, a medical certificate is required stating that they are fit to drive.

Credit Card Payments to the Depot:
When pre-paying your motorhome rental, AUS and NZ Travel do not charge credit card fees on Visa or Mastercard Payments (Amex on request). Any payments made directly to the depot at the time of pick up or drop off for optional extras, fees and securty deposits are subject to a credit card fee of 1.75% applies for Visa and Mastercard. A fee of 4.5% applies for American Express.

Depot Hours:
Depots are open Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Pick up and drop off is available at any time during depot hours.
Depots will be closed on Christmas day.

Travel Restrictions:
- 2WD campervans can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads. The only exceptions to this are well maintained access roads to recognised campgrounds and the roads on Kangaroo Island (South Australia).

- 4WD campervans and cars can also be driven on recognised unsealed roads.

- 4WD vehicles may only travel to the following areas with the written permission of Britz (please contact the local branch for further information): Simpson Desert, Strzelecki Track, Gunbarrel Highway, Cape York, the
Bungle Bungles, Oodnadatta Track, Birdsville Track, Tanami Track, the Plenty Highway and Gibb River Road.

- Vehicles are NOT permitted to travel on the Canning Stock Route, the Lost City in Litchfield Park, to Cape York between the months of December to May and the Telegraph section of the road to Cape York.
