Inclusive Option:
The KEA All Inclusive Pack is available for an additional AUD$55 per day. This includes:
- Full Cover Insurance (Excess NIL)
- Multiple Repairs and Replacements of Windscreen and Tyres
- One Way Fees (except Broome - additional fees apply)
- Camp Table and Chairs
- Beach Umbrella
- Baby / Booster Seats (must be pre-booked)

Minimum Rental Period:
There is a minimum rental period of 5 Days, accept for travel between 20 December and 05 January where the minimum is 10 days,

One Way Rentals:
One Way Rentals are available between all depots. A fee of AUD$200 applies for all one way rentals of 20 days or under. No fee applies for one way rentals of 21 days or over.

Broome Surcharge:
An additional charge of $500 applies to all rentals picking up or dropping off in Broome. This is in addition to the one way fee if applicable.

Vehicle Insurance:
The Standard rates includes Vehicle Insurance with an Excess / Deductible of AUD$5000 per incident. This excess can be reduced by purchasing one of the following options:

Reduction Option 1: Pay an additional AUD$25 per day (2WD) or AUD$30 per day (4WD), and this will reduce the excess to AUD$2000 per incident. Windscreen and Tyres not covered. Bond AUD$2000.
(Max charge of 50 days)

Reduction Option 2: Pay an additional AUD$35 per day (2WD) or AUD$40 per day (4WD), and this will reduce the excess to NIL. Windscreen and Tyres are covered. Bond AUD$250.
(Max Charge of 50 days)

**For Australian Residents, check you Travel Insurance Policy as you may be covered for rental vehicle excess up to a certain amount. If you do not yet have travel insurance, ask us for a quote. We offer a 20% discount on Travel Insurance when booked with your motorhome rental.

Security Deposit:
You are required to leave a security deposit at the time of pick up.

Drivers Licence Requirements:
A valid, non-provisional, state or overseas driver’s licence is required. If the driver’s licence is not in the English language (e.g. German, French, Chinese, etc) then an international driver’s licence is also required. The driver’s licence must have been held for at least two years and be valid for the whole length of the rental. The original driver’s licence must be shown at time of pick-up when the driver is present.

Minimum Age:
The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 21 years.

Depot Hours:
Depots are open Monday to Friday / Public Holidays: 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Saturday to Sunday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
Pick up and drop off is available at any time during depot hours.
Depots will be closed on Christmas day.

Travel Restrictions:
Motorhomes can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or access roads. 4WD's are allowed on recognized 4WD tracks. Special terms and conditions apply for travel in the following areas: Cape York, Simpson Desert, Gunbarrel Highway, Canning Stock Route, Oondnadatta Track, Birdsville Track, the Warburton Road, Tanami Track, Gibb River Road and any other area in excess of 100 km's from the nearest sealed road. No vehicle is to be taken into salt water. No animals permitted in vehicles. No smoking permitted in vehicles.
